Sorry, but I feel like you got the wrong manga.
Not to be the "ackchyually" guy, but I'd like to remember that Nanjou is a socially awkward girl, who had no friends, changed her appearance to try to fit in (the famous "highschool (re)debut") and got "tricked" into having sex right after getting confessed (go back to second half of chapter 1). After that she started believing that she could be part of the group only if she offered herself when they asked. And that's what happened.
After Kiyomi rejected her the first time, she was visibly confused, because the guys around her where all about only doing her. In fact, the first time she rejected offering herself, the douchebag referred to her as a "worthless woman" that "can't cry. You aren't like that" because she wrongly built her persona as bubbly and easy to get.
She's not pure, I'm not saying she is. But that is the result of a twisted series of events (that IMO was just author saying: "I'll make her a bitch, but I'll also give her a somewhat sad back-story so I can justify her intro").
But to call her a "sex pro" is kinda exaggerating. Sadly, she might be more of an onahole passed around

I don't think chastity belts come up unless you go real hardcore into a specific niche. She had a bunch of one night stands and got dumped because the guys found her boring. That sounds like something far removed from fetish items like chastity belts. The only sex toys that are mainstream are dildos really.
Sex-Havers and Perverts aren't the same. A girl who likes fashion and went out with guys who liked to have sex with her and then dump her not knowing about a chastity belt makes a good amount of sense. Honestly, most of us only know it because of jokes and the culture around h-manga/porn. I'm sure most of us aren't germans/brits who use the devices all the time and have opinions on their viability and each model's effectiveness.
I think she serves a narrative purpose, and that's to count as a foil to the main couple and to make Nanjou more relatable. She, after all, is established as wildly sexual, in a relationship with h-protag that seems primarily driven by physical intimacy and comfort with sexual activity. Even though Nanjou is experienced, her relationship with Kyomi is one of emotional intimacy, and they both spur growth in each other that way.
While clumsy, I think this chapter couldn't have developed quite the way it did without her as a third wheel. It's also important to show that Nanjou now has a female friend, as odd as that friend is, something that she hasn't had in a long time. It's why she's having as much fun as she is.

Basically it's a contraption worn around the crotch area that prevents sexual intercourse. There are usually orifices meant for urination and excretion though. Often includes a lock and key. The key being held by the significant other.

Another thing that needs to be pointed out is that yes she has had lots of sex but how much of that sex was satisfying or even intimate for her? I wouldn't be surprised that if she had slept with a dozen or so men that you could count the number of dudes who actually satisfied her on one hand(if any), with even less of them doing any meaningful foreplay.

For anyone saying that she's pure. what do you mean she's pure ? She's far from that 🤣. U can see at ch 1 she almost did it in a class and asked MC if he want to do it to.
