I feel truly bad for Serena she had no say in this situation Mori used her basically as a cosplay outfit/sex puppet and we don't even know if she had any feelings towards Mario outside of her initial thanking him they both essentially violated her. She was used as a pawn by both of them more or less Mario exploiting what he believed to be her gratitude in the "heat" of the moment and Mori wanted leverage or a tool to send her luv muffin back her way. She wasn't even allowed to be herself when she got hit in the street. If she does awaken from her coma she will have no idea what happened and why it happened other then what boils down to a spat between two super powered beings involving a unrequited crush.
