Thanks a lot for the chapter, if i may say tho, on page 3 the "i even tried straightening my hair" sounds odd, because it seems like he was supposed to say something before that, the "i even" usually means something came before tho.
as for the redraw in page 4, yeah, it's not the best, maybe in those situations in last instance you could leave untranslated and then translate the sfx?

Chapter was cute, i hope they do get together soon, not gonna lie
