"irregular statements" i would've expected them to type down everything for posterity, tho i suppose that would help to throw out statements for random ppl who try to disrupt the trial, or maybe remove stuff every time the judge says "overruled" for objections

Tho would be amusing to see how many trial stenographer records have like "And then the bailiff had to tackle the defendant"
