Heh strange offical release, and i am guessing in the tankubon there is a edit here with tsubaki and his sister watching tv. The bit showing urabe is squished with the next page of art. Guess it was filler to fluff out the tank or cut to meet limits in the mag. Strange either way. Would not have caught it except seeing a obama comment and me wondering if it was just some dumb localization edit/change.
