I don't know if Mr. Playboy is stringing that other girl along. They clearly have some sort of relationship beyond the girl just liking him and if not... ehhh. I think both of them are equally suspicious for now, but there's nothing wrong with liking someone else even if they have a boyfriend or if they like someone else. Its what you do about it and so far Mr. Playboy hasn't bee the one to do anything.

I didn't read it as him leading the other girl on, more so they have a pre-established childhood friend relationship and so in that context the "dates" make sense and she's perfectly aware they don't have a romantic relationship, she just wishes they did. Also he's not really pursuing Toiro as far as I recall. He's just honest about the fact that he has feelings for her. Honestly I think its respectable that he's not trying to mislead anyone or being underhanded about his intentions
