Need help finding a manga where a character turns to goo?

I can't remember the plot or the genre (though it's probably romance or comedy) literally the only thing I remember is that one of the main characters frequently melts into a puddle of goo. It's kind of a running gag throughout the story that he melts (usually when he's surprised or overwhelmed) and the surrounding characters kinda just go with it and pick him up and carry him around until he solidifies again. Any idea what this one could be? Thanks!

Are you talking about the manga with a girl who is super “sultry” and her ex dumped her because he said “her beauty gives him heartburn” she starts dating one of her classmates and everytime she touches him he melts?
