I read this awhile back so the details are a little hazy.
Basically, the manga starts with a teenager (Guy 1) who was granted some sort of psychic energy by an old man (can't remember this part exactly). Basically, he can deconstruct matters by focusing on an object with his palm. If I remembered correctly, he melted a water tower pillar, and caused a destruction as a result.
Fast forward, another teen (Guy 2) noticed Guy 1 powers and start sharing how he hated the world for being imperfect and etc. So Guy 1 & Guy 2 start to team up and perform act of terror (destroying buildings, destroying landmarks) and demand politicians to stop being corrupt and shit. They gain a cult following and began recruiting additional members. Guy 1 decided to share his power with another Guy (Guy 3) in the cult.
Things went south as Guy 3 start killing off politicians instead of scaring them. Thia lead to Guy 1 to left the group. Guy 3 power grew stronger and he went batshit and started killing police and politicians. Guy 1 decided to put a stop to it by deconstructing him thereafter.
... Cant rembered what happened after this. But Guy 2 went batshit crazy and started playing god later on in the Manga, starting a cult, threathening the world with terror act, hijacking the space station to broadcast to the world, tried to kill guy 1. Guy 1 eventually stopped him though.
But yeah... This Manga left a great impression and was one of the Manga which I could recall the storyline at a whim. I just cant find the title for one reason or another. Your help appreciated.
