Need help finding this manga

So I read this completed manga back in my HS days. IIRC the story goes when the BF have a future sight/can see counter on a persons head that indicates theyre dying (I really remember what is the MC's true power but thats basically how i remember it). Then he saw that his GF will die soon and he tries to prevent that to happen. This is set on high school setting and if i also remember it correctly near the end it becomes other way around and the GF needs to save the MC's memory. I've been finding this for years and just wanted to revisit my favorites back then. Thank you in advance!
