I think the story is
Ordinary twenty-or-so age man got iseka'ed along with highschool girls and boys.
In Ch 1 they jump the story, to time when they already became successful adventurer.
Our MC, dont really have any special ability other than status and skill in that world.
He use spear.
After they party done a high level quest, MC realize that he dont really contribute anything to party and got depressed. And then one of his party member, highschool girl, go to motivate him. When the mood has became nice and romantic, light come from below and make MC back to their real world.
He teleport back to his world from the sky and free fall to middle of mafia/gangster meeting.
Mafia triggered and they fight. MC win
He realize all of his status and skills can be used even in modern world.
He become a bit glad that He will not be ordinary anymore.
I dont remember what is the name of the manga...
