The MC is a woman and was set as this very high level criminal with unspeakable kill count. She was hired for special cases as a detective or cleanup.
When they decided that she would handle those special cases, she comes out in the hannibal lecter restraints in court for it.
She is tall, long limbed and good with the ladies.
Her partner is a Mako from kill la kill look alike but shorter. She is good at driving to the point that she can hop a car on top of buildings like bmx hopping on stones. She is oblivious(Ignores) everything, even the gore, as long as it doesn't interest her. There was a chapter where they were eating at a restaurant and some dude was trying to rob it. The robbers were annoyed that the duo was just eating ignoring them so tried to attack them, the mc then proceeds to use the cutlery to kill them and this partner was just concerned that her meal got splashed with blood.
Most of the crimes are gory. I tried looking for it but can't seem to get the tags right.
