The manga so far is fine, but it really stretches my suspension of disbelief that after only one week of training, he's skilled enough at throwing daggers to launch two of them at once from a single hand, aiming behind him, and still hit two rabbits. While presumably training sword skills and physical strength in the meantime.

Throwing weapons are hard to use, man. That is not the level of skill you could approach in a week, even if you dedicated your time to nothing else.
