I feel like any moment now in a new chapter Epstein's gonna show up as a vampire or something and try to get me to buy his island
It's so... lifeless... I'm not even going to call it bad or mid, this shit is just so GENERIC. How are some people calling this GOOD or PEAK??? I don't feel anger or joy or sadness or anything reading this. I just have a blank stare.
The MC is getting thrown around like a fucking object and he barely has any personality aside from being naive and kind. He feels so fucking useless. I thought we were gonna get a demonstration about his strengths, but no the author just time-skipped the whole herb collecting quest.
For a demon that has lived millennia, Helvi sure is quite the pushover against a 14 year old. Am I supposed to believe that this is the maturity of someone who has lived for that long? Isn't she the DEVIL? For the devil, she's a lot less evil than I imagine. It's not like it's fun to follow her either. Yes bro, we get it. Helvi wants to pounce on him but she can't. How many times are you going to show her thoughts of that? It's getting more annoying.
It's not even fun watching them fight, because you're practically watching Saitama (Helvi) fighting a bunch of low-level grunts but there's also zero comedy for compensate for having no tension whatsoever. It's not like Theo is doing shit either. Bro is just watching all the time.
I would definitely not recommend it. I do not trust the comments or ratings saying that this is above an 8. It will just waste your time.
