God damnit, why did this have to be a part chapter after all the waiting we've been going through. The last chapter was a full chapter, granted it was around 5 months between chapter 37 and 36, compared to this one that was around 3 months.

Sadly the author decided to split the chapters into multiple parts, at first we decided to wait till all parts are released to upload the full chapter, but the original chapters releases have become a bit irregular, and its not always clear if part 3 is the final part of the chapter, for that reason we will release the parts from now on, not the whole chapter.
38.2 will be released in the next few days.

If the author had decide to simply split the chapters than I'd only be annoyed. But your statement of the next part coming in a few days makes it irritating. Why work on each chapter with months apart, and cut the chapter release over a couple days, when you can wait until your done each part of the chapter, and than ship it out as a complete chapter? We know that Mangakas have to do other things for a living taking up their schedule, given how little they ultimately are payed, and we have been waiting months on end for these chapters to begin with, so adding another month before release wouldn't have been that hard to do. Was it the author's producer, or who-ever, that decided on such a release format?
