I can see that. Especially since he probably set up the clan he is in. Assuming he doesn't have a business to back his guild then his guild soley runs on drops to maintain itself. Meaning money he does have is probably in his savings and investment accounts. Though I got to say if he really wanted to when she was talking about his finances it would have been a decent time to tell her everything.
