Legitimately don’t know how 1. Nobody knows the identity of the top adventurer in Japan, particularly his ex, and 2. How people like the NTR guy and the bitch receptionist that look down on adventurers so much can get and hold jobs in fields that are entirely centered around mooching off adventurers
ngl it’s a plot hole big enough to contain an entire dungeon.

“I’ve finally found you. I’ve been looking for you, Haruzake-san.”

”Bish, I’m beyond rich enough to retire and I‘ve traded my high-stress full-time job and retarded gold-digging girlfriend for a slow life training a hot gyaru jk with big perky tits. Go talk to the wall or whatever.”

Shiori on page 19, calmly: "You forced an adventurer to retire the other day, didn't you?"
Shiori on page 20, calmly: "I had business with the adventurer you forced to retire. Reito Harukaze."
Shiori on page 21, shocked: "Huh? You forced him to retire?! Harukaze-san of all people?!"

I think irl, would rather hide the fact that it even exist. And have it all used privately.
Its very hard to balance between. Worth risking life, and earning.

Considering the worth of magic stones, increase of personal strength, and combat experience in a very fast pace.

Entering a dungeon is basically giving them armor and gun.

Unless there is a significant risk that miss management could bring a apocalypse, they would rather use it to create a personal army. With people they have hostages for. Making resources secondary benefit.

A more scary outcome is if every organization from religious to terrorist gets access. They will be moving to occupy every dungeon they can, and no one could stop them untill the government or others decided to move for their own protection.
from what i have read, there's outbreak with the dungeon so Gov can't hide it.. at the first exploration, using guns only cost them dearly so they combined it with Magic Stones

it doesn't advance as much because while because of the nature of politicians, already rich why risk it and try to halt the research and access to dungeon

in this case, it could be applied to irl too. because we already have many coup in recent years, even military coup against it's own gov
so only reserved that right to military could backfired, hence non-gov included as deterrent but with many many lobbying problems

so the forced retirement would have been fine if he wasnt high rank?
The terminal being used outside work is still not allowed but because of the damage done from that retirement it was all hands on deck to fix the situation. Had it been someone not high rank it probably would've been investigated but like weeks later due to unusual activity of the terminal or possibly not at all.

Still boggles my mind that, regardless of what employee might be using it, that that terminal has such a capability without any sort of check, or secondary verification. Nope, regardless if your Rank G or SSS, it wipes your data with all the grace and elegance of a large magnet on a hard drive.
Even when we delete photos from our phones, they ask for confirmation four times (delete, confirm, delete from trash, confirm). Even if the company has retired the data, they can't delete the work data there. This is a legal offense. Think about it, man. It's unbelievable that they don't even know your phone number at a company you've worked for for over a year. Isn't there anyone in the entire guild who asks how you're doing?

I can understand MC keeping a low profile, that is helped from the fact he is famous for bringing resources, not beating dungeons or killing boss monsters.
He even acted together ith a party, so the fame was shared, and again, he didn't care about it.
I can understand him don't wanting to sound all pompous with his GF, and given what we see in this chapter is very likely she ignored half of the things he said, one thing is being against home dates, another to NEVER visit his house in years, that could have a possible explanation though, that when they started going out she did visit the place and when he got rich and moved she ignored it or thought it would have been a small upgrade, so she never got a glance to his new place.
Her deleting all his info does make sense, avoid troubles with your new guy and she thought nothing of him.
A thing people will soon realize is that her money sense got dulled by habit and ignorance, MC dates were all in luxurious places with a different atmosphere from where guild guy brought her, so she got used to them and thought they weren't actually high tier spots.

As NTR start is pretty forced because for a girlfriend of years to know so little it makes no sense, it would have been fine if it was months, 1 year, or MC had only recently raised to the top, they even got around often becasue MC loved her so the excuse of not talking enough doesn't hold up.

Why the hell is there even a system where some rando can ban an SSS rank from the profession with no checks and balances in the first place?

author justification is like this, a very sheltered naive self-centered girl

while MC getting very busy to propose and retire, The Dumb Girl got swept off her feet by "better" guy, by kept bad-mouthing the MC and give her "safe" place

It was likely more of "we saw de-registration on your terminal the other day", and only at the end, did they learn it was against his will instead of just letting the guy (who they knew already was ready to quit and were begging to stay) quit himself using his terminal.
