My guy, it says right on the index page that 159 is the final chapter.

yea this manga is over 10 years old. It finished in 2014, it just never got an offical english translations i believe, could be wrong (well if this is getting fan translated then there must not be an offical english translations).

Damn, I wanted to see until the end. If you don't want to wait for translation on MangaDex, I would recommend you get the raws and reading it yourself or using a screen translator.
