Yeah Mi-chan just needs to realize he's a tsundere. The annoyance is actually at himself because he can tell he's catching feelings, and I think he knows he's past the point of no return by now. He likes her back and he HATES IT.

It's called bunting. Cats have scent glands on their faces, which is why they rub their faces on things.
As for biting, those are "love bites". Oddly enough, it's more common for female cats to affectionately bite their owners than male cats.

A couple chapters ago she was really rubbing her face on his jacket lol
