Doesn't that mean that you can just turn back into a guy or a non-zombie if you wanted to? Or are the "zombie" and "girl" traits unchangeable? Even then, though, couldn't you just turn into an androgynous, mostly un-zombified zombie girl?

What even counts as a "zombie" and a "girl" anyways, actually? Could you turn into a philosophical zombie girl? Could you turn into an Jiangshi with Müllerian agenesis? Could you turn into an adult, thick-bearded, human male with the kira kira name 山田存美画有? (やまだ・ぞんびがある; Yamada Zonbigaaru)

And could you turn into an explicitly transgender zombie girl? Or if the virus is transphobic, could you turn into an explicitly transgender zombie boy? Is whether you can turn into either of them based on whether they've gotten hormones or not? Do they have to go all the way to surgery? Does the specific procedure they get matter? Does the virus have a transmisogynistic streak and make it easier to be counted as a transgender guy than as a transgender girl? (i.e., a trans guy that takes hormones is off limits, but a trans girl isn't allowed until she gets surgery?)

Is this all up in the air and based on what you, the one transforming, think counts as a girl and what counts as a zombie? Would everyone become more powerful shapeshifters in a world that eradicates the gender binary? (Which would be bound to happen once everyone becomes a girl, even if just biologically!)

And on that point of "biologically," what does that mean for someone that doesn't seem themself as a girl, even after becoming a zombie girl? Do the rules force them to shapeshift their brain into one that thinks of itself as a girl? Do they turn into pure consciousness until they learn to see themself as a girl? Are they just actual brainless zombies until they learn to see themself as a girl? Are they just unable to shapeshift? Is your own actual gender identity distinct from that of your body's gender identity? (Which is distinct from physical sex? (or lack thereof? (For any of the three.)))

This single page twitter manga gender fantasy leaves me with too many unanswered questions!!
