Damn, this is really depressing. The girl can barely walk, will her anemia become worse in the future They really talk about this slightly less claustrophobic urban hellscape as 'beautiful view'. It's a concrete jungle nightmare, a web of powerlines over streets barely 1 car wide and brick boxes crammed together like sardines in a can, can't even see the horizon behind the block buildings.
I'm getting second-hand depression just looking at it. And their reactions are like medieval prisoners who managed to see a glimpse of moonlight through the small window near the ceiling.

I like it, some people just like different views.

There's one thing I'm really curious about.
Why don't they wear proper shoes?
I can't unsee it and not be curious about it.
Yeah, they’re wearing outside the slippers they’re supposed to only wear inside the school, it really peeves me out…

I feel you, bro. To each their own, yada yada, but I’ve really never seen the appeal of freaking high rises. You can feel the stench just from the drawing, damn…

This is interesting. It could lead to tons of things. For example, maybe she's poor and that's why she can't not only pay the bus, but also can't eat, so she has anemia for that reason.
Maybe her family abuses/neglects her, and that's why she sometimes is "off" i/e when her parents fight/insult/hit her.
Maybe someone she really trusted (family, neighbor or friend) betrayed her, and since then she just can't get herself to trust people, the same way MC was rejected so much that he decided to just ignore women?
I also wonder what's up with Jason. Why is he jacked up? Just for memes or because it's how MC wants ideally to be? Why does he have an imaginary friend? I think the answer lies with the fact that he just has no friends. He doesn't talk with anyone. Not only that, his relationship with his father seems rough to say the least, and the mother is not even drawn yet, despite living together.
Then you have that comment Jinwoo said when MC told her that he doesn't eat breakfast just to not be with his dad "You should get along with your parents". Maybe she said that to herself, and is in a similar situation?
What will happen when Jason is "not needed anymore"? When time pases and MC becomes friend with pigman, Jonwoo's friend and becomes Jinwoo's boyfriend? When MC finally surrounds himself with "real" people, then... what about Jason? Would Jason lie to keep existing? Or would he push MC to leave him and go live a "real" life?
So many questions...

Everyone looks like they're experiencing trauma but it really doesn't feel like that's what the story is leading up to, not like I can say anything yet though with just 6 chapters.
Old timers remember that Melo Holic showed us that a story can end up anywhere

Theory:
I wonder if they are gonna pull a twist where the title has a double meaning.
"You're the Only One I Can See"

Those imaginary friends of him are suspicious, what if this is revealed to be a ghost story? Who knows, maybe through some magic mumbo jumbo, SHE may already be a ghost, or perhaps a living ghost projection, and her real body is in a hospital.

And that's why he can see her, cause she isn't actually "there".

I actually really hope our Jin-Yong and Sunwoo's best friend just absolutely despise each other the whole way through the story that'd be funny as hell
Same. It’s obvious the friend cares for Sunwoo in his own way, but I find it funny Jin-Yong just absolutely can’t stand him dissing his girl!
