This manga is a bit like "The angel next door". I just read that yesterday, and this reminds me of that.
But of course, this is much more fast paced, and this seems to have more love interests than just the neighbour.

With him again bringing attention to the trash left over from the food she ate on stream...

Like, does the author understand how a basic vtuber stream actually works? Or were they trying to simplify the visual aspect of a hand cam? It's just incongruous for her to be both virtual and at the same time interact normally with real world objects.

It’s for the sake of the story! (20 invisibucks if you stay quiet)

That series taught me that just because a manga is good, that doesn't mean the light novel from which it's adapted is of the same quality. Having to read the male lead's every vacuous, insipid thought via his first-person internal monologue drove me up the fucking wall. I've since learned that most pure-romance light novels suck for exactly that reason.

I'm surprised; I thought just by his looks, Souma would end up one of those annoying milquetoast MCs that can't even look in girl's eye without blushing, but Souma here keeps his composure reasonably well. Also not being afraid to ask the girl to do stuff is also a plus.

Shizuka is a dork, but cute. I like how they are semi-living together already.

Well can't really judge a character based on the first chapter and their appearance they have their personalities and traits
