@RakshiLord The feminine-looking character's name is Akira, and the text near the end talks about how if they keep being treated like a girl then they'll fall in love, and in the next bubble it says, "You're a guy, Akira! You're a guy! You're a guy!" Are the translations just incredibly off or something? Not saying you're wrong, I'm just a bit confused, and if so that's a whole lot more than just muddying the waters.
