The manga was probably hit during the great copyright purge

What I mean is that mangadex was hit by some legal trouble by one or multiple of the companies (I forgot how many exactly) that publish the mangas which caused a lot of translated chapters to get deleted for a couple hundred different mangas

all currently available chapters were uploaded after the purge, as for continued uploads, it's possible there will be another purge if publishing companies make another stink about it

To answer, since the purge happened a year ago (around may 14-15 2025), anything uploaded after didn't get purged

And technically it isn't allowed, but unless the companies do another DMCA strike down again, uploads have a possibility for continuing though with that lingering risk.
