New Chapter are being marked read upon release

Hi,
Hope everyone is doing well and in good health,
I'm not sure if this issue is occurring only to me or being discussed before (didn't find any in 1st 7page :/)
The issue is that some titles will be marked read upon release & they will appear in the history as being read too though I didn't opened them yet.
I've noticed the issue last week and here what I've done up to now:
[ul]Cleared all session. Now, only one session is active which is the current one.
changed password & activated 2FA; in case I've used my user in any other devices.
cleared all cookies just in case [/ul]
The latest title where mentioned above happens to:
27579, 30511,20068,29130,36352
Usually, I unmark them if I notice them.

@Sola1991 do you just read manga on this site or do you perhaps use Tachiyomi or some similar manga reader with MD extension as well? I know that when I'm reading manga on the mentioned app, the marked chapters always go one chapter past what I've actually read.
If this isn't it then I'm as clueless as you are.

@pockettrash: I actually use Tachiyomi. I singed in once but now all sessions are cleared and password is changed.
@AbyssalMonkey: I see, I will keep checking for a few days in case it re-occurred.
