Next/previous chapter buttons :implemented:

So right now the next chapter button (<) is on the left and previous chapter button (>) is on the right of the chapter selection.

I feel like it would make more sense to follow the more western norm of having the left button be previous and right button be next.

The direction of both set of buttons is dependent on if you have it set to Left to Right or Right to Left @plsnotrackme
