oh that was sad! but I expected it to happen, but well there is no stopping Nezumi now, she only got Ao by her side, so my guess she will go full rampage and kill them all, but not right now, she does not has enough strenght, guess Ao will take them out of there and prepare themselves to do the deed!

That was the mental manipulation they did on her. She has been free from that since the ship incident (why do you think she spared the kids?), plus the fucking doctor was killed by Ao so they can no longer do that to her.
