Organized crime has never really had honor in regards to women and children. If you don't command enough fear for people to keep their mouths shut, there are no flowers for the wife and kids, they just get buried with the husband. Yeah. Though I'm sure it doesn't matter to Iruka if Ao dies or not, he's gonna naturally give him harder and harder targets as time goes on. It's only natural. But when Nezumi suggested the target switch, everyone in the room realized what she didn't. That's why Iruka started laughing.
