It's the end of an era, the aggregators era! I must say it was easy to use, I could search works and then go to e-hentai or exhentai to get the higher definition work, but in the end people have kept using it despite reducing the image quality. Since the quality of hentai has highly decreased I don't feel any bad about it going, and nowadays Mangadex has a good amount of selected old hentai. Rest in peace 2010's haven.

In October 2023, the nHentai Defendants […] attempted to have PCR enter into a ‘HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL SETTLEMENT AND RELEASE AGREEMENT’ to settle claims, including copyright infringement, between the Plaintiffs and Defendants in this case. PCR declined the agreement and further requested the removal of its works from nHentai.
Lmao, that's retarded, what was nhentai attorneys were trying to achieve? Some extra time, so they can move operations to somewhere else?

Last notice I got yesterday was that the DNS logs to leave less evidence so it could not be accessed normally, but someone pointed out that with Tor ir was still possible (I haven't personally tried). About the attorneys, they can always delay and shit so things get less clear, it's not like they always aim to win the trial. It's always better having a party meddling than leaving free route to the confronted party.
