I started reading this because the dialogue felt really natural and the plot seemed interesting but the fact that they both spilled their guts out to each other ,the day they talked for the first time, and now the kiss and she's calling him special or whatever, still the first time they talked, feels too unrealistic.

Now I don't read romance manga for realism, don't get me wrong, but you gotta draw the line somewhere man. If the next chapter doesn't reel it back I'ma have to drop this shit faster than my dad dropped me as a child.
They both are broken, he was able to read her in a way nobody was able before, thus she decided to open up.
They are meeting almost every day in his house for almost a month creating a deep bond, it's not like they just meet each other and let's not forget even in the first time they were not totally strangers.
This is more realistic than two people living in the same house and sharing the same bed for reasons and taking almost two years to start dating.

Smells of rushed pacing due to axe, imo.

This kind of reminds me of reading fanfiction, where you can tell when someone doesn't know how to write natural relationship development. It's evident what they're going for, but they're forcing the romantic development.

Also, I hate when mangaka/authors write bullying/drama in such an unrealistic way. Kids are stupid, mean, and often judgmental, but they aren't that stupid. Very few of the children would have believed that rumor, and they would have already heard of the accident.

Real bullying is much more subtle. It isn't something that can be undone by one pretty girl kissing and praising you. Also also, I really wish they'd stop giving every dry loner MC a tragic backstory.
I agree about the bullying part, but it's not rushing, this is a manga about a couple, and we were just having some backstory

Nah, it's definitely rushing. There's a reason it's referred to as an exposition dump.

Plus, it was immediately followed by rapid romantic development. The theme of the story doesn't change what constitutes bad/rushed pacing. I mean, this is literally chapter 6.

Hum... Ok, I will rephrase it because sometimes I forget to add parts of what i was trying to express.
Maybe it rushed (I can also agree with this), but I can't feel axe-kun near, that's what I was saying. Maybe they are rushing to get to the couple part, but I was trying to say is that this seems a manga about a couple, and not about two people that like each other and someday will became a couple.

This just feel irresponsible from the side of the doctor/hospital. There's no way a minor with trauma could make an decision so heavy. In my country minors aren't even allowed to make the decision to stop life support machine.

IMO novel dealt with the hospital and uncle way better than this chapter - it was clear that she's already brain dead, and her heart will stop naturally in few days. "She hated pain" was turned into recollection of the day of the accident, and kinda made it look a bit like MC was mercy killing her.
Don't remember uncle being such a tornado.
Feels like they didn't have enough material for 2 full chapters, and wanted to end at the kiss (understandable), but ended up rushing it too much.
can you spoil me (and us) here about that bastard fate in novel?

i don't think i have the heart to continue read if he didn't get the karma he deserved
