I honestly don't get why censorship is such a big deal for people. You read manga for the story and for fun, if you want to read porn you can read porn instead. I doubt most groups bother updating with uncensored raws, it's way too much work cleaning and redrawing twice for something that doesn't matter to most people. At least I never bother.

not really experienced in this sort of stuff, but assuming both raws are of the same size and have similar resolution: can't you just add the uncensored raws as a layer behind the the cleaned censored raws, then get an eraser tool, set it to the censored raws' lair, and only erase the censored areas so that the uncensored raw shows through in those spots?
that way you'll only have to clean and redraw the previously censored areas rather than the whole thing, and even that is only if they were blocked by text (which it seems they usually aren't from my experience as a reader).

then again, i don't have any experience with this sort of stuff, so it might be unfeasible/impossible in some way to do in practice, so idk.

The raw even shows the reading ふくろじ ゆう (Fukuroji Yuu).

Sort of doubt that it's going to work, raws from different sources have different sizes, and there might be small adjustments that will make it hard and make it look good. So then you're back to redrawing again.
I once upgraded the raws on a series I worked on, where I just copied over the new raws and there was minimal redrawing. I still had to do some extra cleaning since the raws didn't quite match up. But the text automatically changed when I blew up the resolution, and it looked good enough.
I'm probably not doing that again though, I think it was way more work than it was worth. I'm not even sure if most people noticed the difference.

There's no greater hell for a man than being falsely accused of sex crimes. I'd prefer just getting my ass beat daily fighting bullies vs fighting that kind of accusation.

Nowadays the accusation for that shit is as good as being declared guilty. Especially since even if he was proven innocent, the general public will still treat him as a sex offender, with little repercussion to the accuser.
