The lady is "said" to have survived since right after he stabbed the girl, the girl's teammate slashed him hence the broken part of his armor at the end and probably lost consciousness at that part.

That's actually a really good point. I was expecting the guy who said "Ruck ran away?" To later see him at the guild and go like "hey what happened between you and your teammates because they think you're dead?
Hopefully Leon gets confronted about it at the guild while he gets rejected by his old party. That would tie up this loose end as they force him to work to get the insurance money back.
Either way, I'm sure Leon could go beg his father for the money to pay it off, if given the chance.
