To think, Dai and Gaku are supposed to be the delinquent in the new era and supposedly fight to decide who's gonna be a new ruler of Aoba and the whole Kumine in 2020s generation, but now we see both are fighting for their dad's sake here after time travelled to the 2000s era..

This just feels weird man.. How conflicting the situation of these guy are living in right now

Exactly, Gaku was Aoba Freshman at Aoba High by 2022. Dai was gone in 2013 and travelled back to the past when he was 8. If he didn't time slipped, he would be 17 in 2022, probably a sophomore. Dai could be his hardest hurdle if he's around in 2022-2023 given how strong he is, if Gaku really determine to be a new strongest of Kumine in a new era.

Can't say I like them washing out Dai's character from a boy looking for a fatherly figure from his deadbeat will-be dad to basically a blind lapdog. Or maybe it has always been from the start but it only really shows in the last few chapters. Idk, whatever they're doing here, I don't like it.

Also, you're not really missing out on much by not getting the true ending on the first Hades game. Not that amusing, just takes a while to do. Abusing the system by using a god's keepsake and then dying immediately afterwards speed things up a bit, but that's not a fun way to play the game.

By the time I beat Hades for the first time I was already so sick of the first two areas, and the lack of enemy variety, playing much more of it was extremely unappealing. Hades 2 having twice the amount of areas and enemies made beating the game 10 times much more tolerable.

Honestly Dai will probably throw here. His plan was to fight Gaku since he can't believably throw against the injured Harumi. At the very least, everyone sees Gaku as just a level under Harumi, so if Wagatsuma can't take out Gaku then everyone will correlate that to Harumi > Dai.
By settling this in this manner he can lay to rest Kanamori's ambitions while also propping up Gaku/Harumi as the new leaders of the area.

I think Gaku is possibly on par with Harumi. And Yuzuki is possibly on par with Dai if not stronger, considering how strong Yuzuki is when he fought Harumi like Crazy and how'd ever he went rampage against more than 10 guys alone. Compared to Aoba's current senior, Shiranui, pretty sure Yuzuki is stronger than him. Furthermore, if Dai being around in the future which is the year he belong to live in, without time travel, the guy that could goes toe-to-toe with him would probably be Yuzuki son, KenKen.
