@Talh you're reading a bit too much into it. The pendant didn't really break due to the pliers catching it. To begin with, the pliers simply wouldn't create enough strength for that to happen, and even if it could it wouldn't cut or break the thing perfectly in half. It only happened that the hand holding the pliers was close to the pendant hen he fell, that's all.What was magical was the whole situation with him groping ehr by accident. You'd have to be blind and have the physical coordination of a 3-year-old for that to happen.
