This might be better off left as a oneshot. Certainly, this could go on for a few chapters, but realistically the dude should already know it's no robot he unboxed back then. So, it's stretching the suspension of disbelief as it is, even in a single chapter. Of course this could have a second chapter where the "secret" is broken and those two became a (human) couple, but at the end of the day, that's not really needed.
