If you mean their shape,it's clearly smoke coming out of fired casings.

It does have a story,like many others like it,where each tale is mostly in their own chapter,'tis how slice of life goes.

You also have to remember that this literally had no scanlated chapters on Mangadex(and perhaps none at all anywhere)since being added to Mangadex way back in 2021 until the animated adaptation was announced and our underpaid civil engineer gave us his solid work reports four months ago.

It could've easily never had any chapters put up here had it gone any further under the radar online.

It could've also easily been left stuck on a few chapters way back in 2021 with no continuing it,or Hell forbid licensed with the stupid licensed chapter crap that makes chapters vanish,making it close to impossible for future people to read it on Mangadex.

The way it has panned out now is pretty alright,and we still have that sweet backlog of stuff that needs the good ol' engineering go to.

I mean the character silhouettes. Volume 2, Satoko's silhouette had giant breasts, portending the breast expansion subplot. Volume 3, Konoha's silhouette was that of a small child, portending the subplot where she gets aged down. In this one, they've ditched the arms-out poses, and Satoko might be pointing while Konoha has a phone out, or something like that.

I'm sorry what. This manga has a functional and coherent plot with actual progression. For a gag-based comedy, it has relatively high amount of story development per chapter. Heck, it even makes people care about one-off character like Konoha's unfortunate classmate. Impressive writing actually.
