To be honest, I don't think this manga was a good adaptation. It completely missed what made the original story so interesting.

This story was beloved because it showed the misunderstandings between the Fake Saintess and the other characters constantly, creating a hilarious comedy. It even skipped the parts where the Fake Saintess changed the game and showed the hilarious changes that happened. She learned that otakus started worshipping her and tried to pursue her route too, lol.

Regardless, the translation was super good. Thanks for it, Flaeme!

Was feeling the axe looming past chapter 30 and so it did, i can only hope that they give an epilogue chapters to this series but i highly doubt it. Glad the ending wasnt as shti as it would have been like ending mid battle against the witch or ended before they even get to meet the 1st saintess. Still disappointing tho :/

-The group (minus Elrise) fight the Witch
-They kick the shit out of her thanks to Alfrea's support
-Elrise attempts to seal the witch, but screws up and dies
-Niito dies on Earth
-1st Witch (Alfrea's mother) resurrects and the cycle continues
-Turtle surrenders her role as Prophet to Elrise
-Elrise resurrects (with a full soul) and Turtle dies
-Turtle reincarnates on Earth as author of game
-Elrise aces 1st Witch, saves the previous saint (current witch)
-Elrise moves into seclusion with Alfrea, Leila, and Vernal (who won't take the hint that she's not into him)

-Epilogue includes Elrise traveling to a Bad End multiverse where the witch destroyed the world and Vernal is the sole survival, fighting monsters until he dies. She saves him and destroys the witch for good, allowing the Bad End world to eventually heal. She then returns to the normal world.

Sure I'm misremembering stuff, but that's the jist of it.

it's the accumulated malice of every single witch that exceeded what could fit within a single human/saint. Without a witch to act as a leaky faucet, it comes out as a flood of evil space magic without a physical form.

Because LN ad. Same pattern every time, the moment the story is about to start, it ends so those interested go buy the LN.

I wish people would drop this "LN Ad" excuse. Yes, I'm sure that happens sometimes. But the obvious truth is that if a manga adaptation is a big enough success, then the manga will continue (barring mangka burnout, sickness, death, etc.).

E.g. in this case, it's much too far into the story (at least 2/3 of main story) to be explained away as just an "ad".
