Okay, as far as Marika focused episodes, I liked this one… because she was actually getting freaked out a lot. It was mostly her loss instead of the usual absolute mortification of everyone, especially Raku, like that damn parrot care chapter. That sort of comedy doesn’t really jive with me, a lot of the time. I feel too embarrassed for the characters and it gets hard to watch or continue reading.

But watching a character like Marika getting shamed? I’m okay with that shit.
