Despite the lightheartedness, this is a pretty interesting chapter. Can't wait to see where this goes.

Boy's really wracking his brain on this. Which is good. He needs to seriously think about this matter.
This is so much worse than when he thought Kosaki liked someone else after Ruri tried telling him, before backpedaling upon seeing the negative effects and hearing Shu's argument. How is he not realizing that? It can't be anything other than the agony of a heart yearning for true love.
But yeah, the intrusive thoughts are there and he seems intent to try to solve it, when he has a time to consider everything. He won't be able to let this go so easily.
Love the various interactions that push him to think more seriously about all the girls that have surrounded him. Especially Marika, who has seriously needed a clear answer from him all this time. She clearly doesn't accept his relationship with Chitoge as sufficient excuse- he needs to tell her firmly that, regardless of anything, he doesn't feel the same.
And, now, I imagine he's going to be prompted to think about and answer Yui more immediately...
