I'll also note I watched the anime beforehand, though. But I committed to reading each and every chapter as completely as possible, and generally pay attention to as many details as possible. For the most part, everything covered by the anime was pretty faithfully adapted, it felt like, outside of a few rare instances where manga-only chapter references had to be omitted, I think? Especially for the second season, which had so many damn chapter coverage gaps in it.
