Honestly any girl (aside from black tiger) would have been a good choice
But it could only be the one I'm quite sure he has chosen, ultimately. With everything that's happened, I have no doubt where his heart leads.

With an arc this dramatic, with the situation it is, it can't possibly go any other way. I'd be disappointed if it went another way.

I admit I never liked Marika for how much she hid from Raku, and all the schemes. And I felt like she was way, way, way too unhealthily obsessive.

But it also gave her the strength to persevere and resist her fate, so I'll grant her that. In the end, she was just a victim of her upbringing, saved by meeting Raku.

Anyway, what would have been bad about Tsugumi? The worst part of it would be the fact that she's sworn to Chitoge, so that would have been extremely awkward... but if it wasn't for that situation, I don't think it was necessarily bad. Still, the complication of her loyalty really would, and was, the impediment. And she dealt with that in a truly masterful way. Confessing to him while holding his ears so he couldn't actually hear it and respond, so she could have the release of doing it without having to deal with the fallout with others.
