Here we are, the truth. Yep. Little Raku really was quite the cassanova, huh? We still have another girl left to reveal from back then, too... we still don't have the full story. HAHAHAHA... But I hate the third girl, and Raku is pretty put off by her, too, so she's more of an eyesore than anything. The only sure thing is that she's the only one for sure promised marriage, but Raku sure as shit doesn't want to be with her. He has far more chemistry with Chitoge and Kosaki than Marika. Marika is mentally unhinged like a yandere, and is both terrifying and frustrating to deal with, the way she was portrayed in the anime.
And, yeah.... he has saved, and will continue to save, Chitoge so many times. Not just physically, but emotionally. There's really no stopping the 'false love' turning 'real'. It makes me sad thinking how Kosaki's going to be left behind as things progress, but Raku is going to keep fooling himself into thinking he still cares for Kosaki more than he does Chitoge. Just stating based on observations so far in this story up to this point in the manga, as well as having watched as much of the story depicted in the anime.
He even left Kosaki behind during the night of the 'Test of Courage' to go off at super-sonic speeds and find Chitoge, knowing she'd be petrified in the dark (I kinda appreciate them leaving that untranslated in these scanlations, but to be honest it could have been easier to just call it a 'test of courage'- most anime/manga fans should know that term already).
