What are you talking about? There were 32 episodes and 4 OVAs. Only the first season was 20 episodes. Did you completely miss out on the second season?

Still, would have liked to see this little story adapted. It was very cute. Later chapters were adapted, but this was probably treated as ‘filler’ to be skipped in favor of more significant moments.

Also, that dog was very much like Chitoge- the way he was with her versus everyone else is just like how she is with Raku versus everyone else, and just like her and Raku, the dog eventually warmed up to her. A metaphor for the main couple of this story. It’d actually be very sad if they had to part ways by the end of all this, just like her and the dog. They’ve gone through so much together, and have so much more to go through.
