This really was quite the sequence to both watch and read. What a finale for the first season of the anime. I dunno if I'd say this is better or the anime episode, but still... it's amazing.
And yeah, finally, Chitoge admits it to herself. With admittance comes a shift in how she acts with him. We've already seen her let things go that used to set her off. The tsundere is, ever so gradually, shifting towards pure deredere. It won't be swift, obviously, but she's making progress.
There really is so much more focus on her with him, it's hard to see Kosaki making progress. Of course, I expect him to keep trying to spend time with Kosaki and vice versa, but there's going to be just so much more between him and Chitoge, I'm sure of it, just as there has been so much between them before this point.
I just can't help but see Kosaki as a 'losing heroine' when there's just so much progress for the titular couple. I feel bad for her, but that's just how this story seems meant to go.
