I think that's because 51917's title (サキちゃんは今夜もぺこぺこ) is in Japanese (non-Romaji) which means it doesn't get added to the url.
However, since it's a duplicate entry anyways, it'll probably get removed/merged in favor of this one: https://mangadex.org/title/49741/saki-chan-wa-konya-mo-peko-peko
