tbh, base on my experience in hs dorms "privacy" isn't really a thing, your housemates/roommates are willing to share everything. It'll be awkward at first but then you'll be fine.
Dorms are not the best place to find privacy but most students are willing to exchange their privacy to run off from family problems. I hope Juwan's condition will be better. He really reminds me of my younger-self.
