Or equivalent. It'd be nice, when searching, to be able to filter out everything that I would have to go to another website to actually read the entirety of.

Have you actually seen when that "missing chapters" tab appears? Tip: in any manga where chapters are released in parts (and the chapter listing says 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc.) that missing chapter detection feature straight-up does not work properly

And if you're thinking of an actual manually-curated tag, I just have to ask, "for what language?"

@Foxgood It doesn't take much time, maybe extra 2-3 clicks, to see if any chapters have been removed/missing on Mangadex so I doubt this will be implemented.

@blackyawgdom It hasn't, there's actually a list of rejected suggestions, and this one isn't in that list. I checked it before making this suggestion.

@MrIncognito Yeah, manually-curated would work best, and in that case it could conceivably cover language-availability as well---it could be a implemented as a hidden tag (to avoid cluttering the page) where you could put "Unavailable/Partially available/Fully available in [language]" via a dropdown on a specific manga. Then, when searching, you could search for availability in a specific language.

@Yatsuki This is a poor reason to exclude it, since the same logic can be applied to basically every other tag---"It only takes one more click to check if it's complete/ongoing/canceled/on hiatus" for instance.

@Foxgood Other tags are consistent, like if a series is shounen, you can't just change it to seinen, except for Publication status or rarely artists info which need to be changed but they are still facts. On the other hand, things like missing chapters depend on the scanlators. As MrIncognito said, chapters published in parts screw up the missing chapter system, scanlators like sssss who translate whichever chapter he wants to troll people, or anthologies where scanlators only translate certain chapters/independent stories and leave out the rest would also put a series into "Missing chapters" category, even if, in fact, all readable chapters are up on Mangadex. I guess it all comes down to me personally don't mind accessing the series, and see "Missing chapters" tab, check to see what it was about and then decide to read it or not.

The whole concept is in the same vein as "Searching for Completed Series only". Which has already been denied multiple times and gets brought up almost weekly.

@blackyawgdom Could you clarify what you mean by this? Do you just mean being able to search by publication status, e.g. Completed/Ongoing/Canceled?

Basicly ANY suggestion involving "Is X series completed?" is rejected. Just because somethings "Completed", doesnt mean its fully translated, or that its not using numbers like 1.1 1.2 1.3
