I dropped this manga for like a month now and still the same old, same old roundabout shenanigans. No development, just shit running in full circle

Boss seems fun lol. I'm actually looking forward to this arc and seeing Rihito adapt and grow. Y'all complain they still haven't gotten together so this is milking the series. A chapter later everyone's crying Noa would be a terrible partner and needs to work on herself before getting into a relationship. Here we have the perfect time for her to sort herself away from him 24/7 and for him to understand what he wants to with his future besides "just be a regular background worker and chill on the weekend?"

New character art

Wait, I just looked closely at her employee ID. She looked different back when she started, so I assume she was like Noa where she dyed her hair and got it cut. I still would both.

You know, every time I read a hundred chapters or so of a manga it kind of gets to me like "huh? so I read so many chapters of this. Was it a good read? Did any of the characters grow as a person? Did their life got better or did it change in any major way at the very least?"
And now that I'm looking at this manga thinking all this, the answer is... no. Not at all. Rihto maybe, just maaaaybe got a bit better at his job, broadening his views of fashion recently, but besides that? Noa is even worse than in the beginning, while Reni and her friend stayed the same ever since they were introduced. The manga could start just now and it wouldn't read any different than chapter 1...

NOA X TACHIBANA FOR LIFE

I'm so ready for another character just as mentally adjusted as every single other member of the cast so far! :win:
I think the real fun of this manga is seeing characters be absolute mental trainwrecks and just chuckling at the antics, it has its genuine moments but I think maybe y'all lose a lot of enjoyment by expecting anyone in this series to act rationally in every situation.
Not saying anyone's wrong for wanting a series where characters are more grounded, rational, and communicate like properly socialized adults but this series is not that and I think expecting it to be is just doing a disservice to yourself. Unless its just for the catharsis of reading a thing you know you have issues with to complain about it on a public forum because that shit's totally valid and I support you babes :hearts:
The art is so good and we like to complain!

Guessing it now: considering the timing, the new girl Kizaki seems like she might've considered Noa her best friend before splitting off into the Blaze department, and since Noa is attached to Rihito, she's hurt and feels jealousy towards Rihito. Also, judging by her first appearance, she seems like a direct foil to Noa--she probably comes off as super stern and scary among her coworkers, but kind of ditzy when it comes to her job.

But who knows.

I jumped in at chapter 80 and got the gist pretty much immediately. Feel like anyone can jump in even now and get an immediate, accurate feel for every character
lol I read up to 45 and jumped to 90 and this shit still hasn’t progressed. The last few chapters Rhito has been showing more emotion but it feels like this is when Noa needs to hanker down on a relationship. I think this will end with them just being friends
