If there's one thing that I give Noa credit for is encouraging Rihito to step out of his cumfort zone. Even their "friendship" is a farcry from the type of people Rihito has hung out with before. I think she has been good for his development in regards to his approach to work.

Also yes, Toyotake constantly pushing for others into a leadership role is a common practice of management. Both because it helps stabilize the company and cause it means potentially less work for them as they're usually on salary.
It's very annoying, but it would likely help Rihito grow and develop as a person, more some coming from Toyotake (Arguably the only rational person in the whole series). He'll likely be difficult to work under at first, but he's shown great stride in bettering his work flaws.

Kizaki on the other hand has some deep rooted issues that need therapy or something to work through. That whole 'gap in values' thing sounded like first hand experience or something and projection...

Maybe she and Rihito can work out their leadership flaws together.

I absolutely love this manga, considering it gets an anime there is also a really good chance that we could get an official translation of the manga that I can put on my shelf, I am so hyped.
