Its not gonna change that much.
He will definitely have to put up with a lot more hugs and hand holding but she already knows what really annoys him and whats more acceptable so she wont be pushing him much more than she already does.

As many characterd have already pointed out, they're basically a couple already with how close they are and how they act. Plus Rihito has practically accepted her already with how good he is and handling her and how comfortable he is with her. A relatively early chapters shows he is more comfortable with her sitting next to him than he expected, as opposed to other people where he wouldnt like it.
