@Enamon Bacalao in my simple spelling. But it's sundried cod until it's hard like wood, barely edible even if boiled a long time. For festive occasions one would let it soak in paint stripper (lye) for some weeks beforehand to make it easily palatable. (A.k.a. "Lutefisk")
